Leroy Merlin is a French network of DIY hypermarkets. The first Leroy Merlin shop was established in Noeux les Mines in 1923. Adolf Leroy opened the shop where, below the sign STOCKS AMERICAINS, he sold American Army surplus materials (building materials, wood, wheelbarrows, spades, hoes etc.) Adolf Leroy’s sales policy was to sell products at reasonable prices. He was the first to introduce free delivery up to 100km. Currently Leroy Merlin has large shops (average 9000m2) in 13 countries in Europe and supply their customers in 6 basic departments: DIY, building, garden, sanitary equipment, renewable energy and interior decoration.
Visualcom, on the basis of developed trust and reliability, implemented the continuation of the contract including production, distribution and foil application of foil in over 40 locations.
Production, distribution and application of One-Way-Vision foil effectively implemented as well as documentation of the process in over 40 shops in just 7 calendar days. Due to the necessity of delivering the object of the order within the dates of starting a nationwide media campaign our Operations Department planned the most effective production and delivery of materials to several dozen installation teams. Keeping to the highest quality standards we took care of a cohesive campaign which met our client’s deadlines.
We set in motion and ran the advertising campaign „Become a hero in your own home” on Leroy Merlin shop windows parallel to running a campaign on TV, the internet and other media. The realisation was carried out with full success. Guaranteeing the earliest deadlines and taking care of the effective coordination of all the activities resulted in the signing of a contract with our client for further campaigns in the future.
