Leroy Merlin is a French chain of building supplies supermarkets. The first Leroy Merlin shop was established in 1923 in Noeux les Mines by Adolf Leroy, where, under the sign STOCKS AMERICAINS, he sold American army surplus materials (building materials, wood, wheelbarrows, spades, hoes etc.). Adolf Leroy’s business policy was to sell products at reasonable prices. He was the first to introduce free delivery of up to 100km. Currently Leroy Merlin shops are huge halls (average 9000m2) in 13 European countries with 6 main departments: DIY, Building, Garden, Sanitary Equipment, Renewable Energy and Interior Design.

Visualcom has been a longstanding supplier for Leroy Merlin since 2010, delivering signage elements, shop decoration and sales advertising. Leroy Merlin has over 45 locations throughout Poland and we serve the whole chain. Based on the mutual trust built up between our companies we were entrusted with the „Become a hero in your own home” campaign on all the Leroy Merlin storefronts.

To effectively carry out production, distribution and application of One-way Vision foil and documentation of the process in over 40 shops in just 7 calendar days. Due to the necessity of delivering the object of the order within the dates of starting a nationwide media campaign our Operations Department planned the most effective production and delivery of materials to several dozen installation teams. Keeping to the highest quality standards we took care of a cohesive campaign which met our client’s deadlines.
We set in motion and ran the advertising campaign „Hero at home” on Leroy Merlin shop windows parallel to running a campaign on TV, the internet and other media. The realisation was carried out with full success. Guaranteeing the earliest deadlines and taking care of the effective coordination of all the activities resulted in the signing of a contract with our client for further campaigns in the future.
